Summer staycations are fuelling demand for properties in homegrown holiday destination

Cornwall, Mid Glamorgan, Isle of Wight and Cumbria are among the favourites showing house price increases.

Recent events may mean plans have changed but, with the easing of lockdown restrictions, the opportunity to travel is an option once more.
